The AGM was held last night in Boora hall with no changes to the Committee but Declan Milne was brought on board as Web Master.

As we have been asked by Ormonde Flying Club To put on both a stacic and flying display on Sat and Sun 6th and 7th will all members try to get to Birr airfield and bring as many models as possible for both display and flying.
Models on stacic like other years will be quite safe as we will have our own area in the large shed.
Its a good feeling when a local club like ours, that is thriving at the moment can give back something to the local community.

On behalf of MMFC I would like to thank all the contestants that came from far and wide and made our Scale Championships a great sucess.
I would like to thank also our own crew who both helped in the preperation and on the day, we could’nt do it without you.
A special word of thanks to Declan (M) Anna and grandaughter who fed the troops with the finest of food and I think everyone at least went away full.
It was nice to see our Scale secretary Paul who, through work commitments could not take
part but called in just to say hello and see how the event was going.
